Amromco Energy is focused on redeveloping underdeveloped fields through the application of new technologies. To accomplish this, the company demands operational excellence from every division of Amromco, which is achieved by utilizing management’s wealth of commercial and technical experience. Its vertically integrated business model creates an advantage in cost efficiencies and greater control throughout the production process.

Amromco believes forging strong employee relationships in Romania ensures better informed decisions, and local knowledge offers increased effectiveness in delivering operational results and shareholder value.

Management’s focus is solely on Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Romania is a stable and transparent jurisdiction with a well established oil industry, where the wider region retains a hydrocarbon friendly stance.

Amromco’s history of developing long lasting relationships with companies like Romgaz, the largest natural gas producer in Romania, forms the blueprint for the business moving forward. It intends to further strengthen and build on its existing relationships with Romgaz and OMV Petrom utilizing the model to expand into other CEE jurisdictions. 

Amromco intends to use its financial and operational strength to fund and execute on both organic and in-organic growth in Romania and the CEE.
