Pursuant to the provisions of art. 61 point 13 in the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 114/2018 regarding the set-up of measures in the public sector investments and of some fiscal – budgetary measures, the amendment and completion of some normative acts and prorogation of some terms, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 1116 dated December 29, 2018, in force starting with December 29, 2018, par. (71) has been added to art. 174 in the Electricity and gas law no. 123/2012, with the subsequent amendments and completions, stipulating the following: “the household clients who have exercised their eligibility right have the right to return to the regulated supply”

Potrivit prevederilor art. 61 pct.13 din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 114/2018 privind instituirea unor masuri in domeniul investitiilor publice si a unor masuri fiscal-bugetare, modificarea si completarea unor acte normative si prorogarea unor termene, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 1116 din 29 decembrie 2018, art. 174 din Legea energiei electrice si a gazelor naturale nr. 123/2012, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, a fost completat cu alin. (71), care prevede urmatoarele: „clientii casnici care si-au exercitat dreptul de eligibilitate au dreptul sa revina la furnizarea reglementata”
